Today’s Adventure: Harry Peters is critically wounded in a mysterious shooting while interviewing a European scientist working on a secret American government project. As David Harding searches for the gunman, Peters’ life hangs in the balance, and Harding must arrange an urgent consultation with a renowned brain surgeon who is traveling through South America. Meanwhile, an unusual clue raises questions about the identity of the attacker and the intended target.
