Tarzan is asked to help when young men from a Senegalese village begin mysteriously disappearing, with no signs of struggle or evidence of who is taking them. Traveling with Mirabo to investigate, Tarzan encounters a strange, haunting melody that appears to have a powerful effect on those who hear it. His search leads him deep into the jungle, where he discovers a hidden city and a dangerous mystery surrounding the fate of the missing men.
